Administrative – Admin Assistant

Job Purpose:

Administrative assistants are employed in a very wide range of fields and provide various types of administrative assistance to the department supervisor. Depending on the workload, they may be trusted with carrying out tasks for one or many individuals within a department, and cross-department work is sometimes necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Type correspondence; compile data for expense and statistical reports.
• Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Conducts research, prepare correspondence, expense and statistical reporting.
• Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.
• Coordinates space and office organization, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of customer service, professional composure, and integrity
• Working knowledge of RESPA and related compliance guidelines, along with the ability to detect and rectify deficiencies and/or non-compliance on specific loans Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Team Player w/good communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience with Point/Calyx LOS systems a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and decipher policies, programs and guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a deadline intensive environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment.
• Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are of key importance.

Sales – Loan Production Partner

Job Purpose:

This position is for a Mortgage Loan Production Partner who would enjoy supporting a Sr. Loan Officer who has more business than they can handle on their own.  You would be working closely with a top-caliber loan officer, with many years of lending experience, to assist them in talking with and pre-approving borrowers, gathering and analyzing loan documents, running AUS, sending eDisclosures, and submitting files to processing and underwriting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Completes financial and other data required to complete loan file
•   Evaluates loan applications for pre-approval
•   Reviews files for completeness
•   Obtains documentation needed to issue pre-approval
•   Submits approved files to processing/underwriting teams
•   Works with processing/underwriting teams to clear conditions
•   Prioritizes workflow so loans close on time
•   Provides excellent customer service to borrowers, loan officers, vendors, and other interested parties

Qualifications:

•   Solid knowledge and understanding of Conventional loan requirements
•   Solid knowledge and understanding of State and Federal real estate lending regulations
•   Solid knowledge and understanding of Encompass loan processing software systems
•   Solid knowledge and understanding of desktop underwriting programs
•    3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
•   Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting income and asset data
•   Demonstrated experience using available information to make sound business decisions
•   Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
•   Demonstrated attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work in a team atmosphere while adhering to closing deadlines
