Eric and his team did a great job making sure all my needs as a buyer were met. Communication was easy and thorough, and the lending team never made me feel pressured or rushed. As an added advantage, their rates were very competitive and they were able to match a previous pre-approval I had and even beat it on some of the fees.

The group of individuals with the Eric Bibel team are extremely skilled at what they do. They made my experience as a first time home buyer as easy as possible with assistance every step of the way. After our first nightmare foray into the real estate in San Diego we were extremely cautious to try again. One we met Eric he reassured us that that would NEVER happen with him. And he backed that statement up X 100. Both Eric and his team went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. In this day of text messages, phone trees, and very little in the way customer anywhere, Eric believes in personal phone calls followed up by emails with the same information in writing. In addition we would get a personal update letting us know how our loan was progressing. Eric and his team were lightening fast, very thorough in explaining the process (even 3-4 times when we didn't understand.)They kept us on schedule with weekly reports of where we were in the escrow process. All communication was very clear and their requests for docs were timely, easy to understand and whenever possible they allowed us to DocuSign which was awesome. Their commitment to us was evident from the first night- Eric said he would call at a specific time and he did- even though it was late in the evening. Great Refinance Experience My wife and I just finished our mortgage refinance with Eric Bibel and his team at Caliber. Eric stood out amongst the several lenders we engaged. From my standpoint as a consumer Erics presentation of the refinance process was very thoughtful, succint, and he delivered a better interest rate than our original disclosure estimate and better than the other lenders we engaged. Additionally in our experience with Eric my wife and I felt comfortable and well informed throughout the process. Some other lenders we engaged were aggressive and did not give us a peace of mind. Simply the Best I was under the belief that all lenders were the same...until I met Eric Bibel and his team around 2016. My wife and I were informed at key points of our home's refinance and it was apparently Eric and his team were on top of it, which put our minds at ease and enabled us to get back to our daily routines.
